Your day to day:

  • Design and develop new training courses & programs for sales, operations, and internal partner teams utilizing multiple training modalities such as Instructor-Led Courses, eLearning, Live/Recorded Webinars, Videos, Job-Aids, Podcasts, Learner Guides, Facilitator Guides, and On-The-Job-Training
  • Create training for general new hire onboarding, role-specific onboarding, up-level training, new product training, and best business practices training
  • Follow project prioritization set forth by the training director alongside business leadership
  • Routinely update & improve training curricula based on Modus, sales, and/or company wide training initiatives
  • Use Asana project manager to collaborate on projects with team members and stakeholders
  • Use the ADDIE model with the training team to properly analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training
  • Keep team members, stakeholders, and the leadership team up to date on project status’
  • Determine project timelines alongside leadership and deliver products on time
  • Document and report data on completed courses
  • Monitor and measure training effectiveness to ensure current programs are responding to the needs of the business
  • Provide and solicit feedback from team members and leadership on a regular basis
  • Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions for facilitators who will deliver your created material

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated success in building technical, operations, and sales content and programs that positively impacted revenue.
  • Ability to address all types of learning audiences with modern tools and approaches to learning including remote classroom, interactive, and self-study options
  • Superior instructional design skills from the design phase to evaluation
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent collaboration skills: you will have multiple stakeholders involved who will have valuable input
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with content creation/authoring tools such as Adobe Acrobat, G-Suite, PowerPoint, Rise 360, as well as the ability to produce and edit video content
  • Experience conducting online meetings & conference calls using web conferencing platforms (like Zoom and Google Meet)
  • 4 or more years experience in an ID role
  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
