Product Designer, Multiplayer - Location Flexible
Role Information
The Multiplayer Team in Onboarding & Activation is focused on connecting our Business users to value. As a cross functional squad, they drive engagement, activation and retention by building personalized onboarding and feature discovery experiences so our Business customers get the most out of Dropbox. Their scope is increasing as they start to focus on more than Business users, — all users who collaborate, work as contractors, freelances, and with teams in general.
This role is best suited for someone who is energized by complexity. Our goal with onboarding is to provide personalized experiences to our users based on what they need. As the designer on this team, you will help us uncover our user’s needs, explore new ways of identifying those users and their needs, and design exciting solutions to help those users solve for those needs.
In this role, you will push your solution exploration, flex your interaction design superpowers and create polished and frictionless onboarding experiences. You will think in solution spaces - not just solutions. Your designs will bring moments of joy to our customers as they find their experienced value moment.
You will play a leading role in establishing design principles, designing components, and contributing to the design system for onboarding. Collaborating with our Marketing and Growth teams to explore new ways of identifying customer intent early on in the funnel, educating your peers by sharing learnings and consulting other Dropbox teams on design best practices for onboarding.
