Your role and impact

We are looking for a visual designer with a background in both print and digital. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, excel at creative problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail to create engaging deliverables for internal and external audiences. This position sits on the marketing team and will be responsible for working cross-functionally to create quality branded designs. If you work quickly and efficiently, are able to handle projects with rapid turnarounds and can thoughtfully juggle multiple brands simultaneously, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Think creatively to synthesize our brand elements with clients’ branding
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for efficiencies to scale with company growth
  • Rapidly develop materials across a large variety of mediums and outputs
  • Provide support for commercial and non-commercial design projects 
  • Optimize and iterate work progressively based on learnings and results

Qualifications

  • Portfolio that demonstrates 5+ years of experience working as a visual designer
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience building brands and evolving/standardizing collateral
  • Experience creating emails, marketing newsletters and additional digital assets
  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML coding principles a plus
  • Illustration and iconography development experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing the details/quality
  • Strong bias for action and ability to deliver on timelines while responding to stakeholder feedback
  • Highly proactive with proven experience identifying opportunities for efficiencies/process improvements within the design team
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale 
  • Highly versatile team player, eager to add value with the ability to operate at any level—no job is too big or small
