Projectline is looking to hire a contract Senior Outbound Sales Consultant. If this is you, this role will allow you to collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams and key executive decision-makers. You will be gathering information, performing assessments, and ultimately making recommendations that will help one of our largest technology clients streamline and improve their global sales and marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, in highly matrixed teams for organizational planning and execution of a centralized telesales.
  • You will advise clients on how best to build a global demand center, centralizing all marketing execution and processes with a focus on tele.
  • You will drive, juggle, streamline, and be the glue across several different teams leading everyone towards a common goal, regardless of the different teams having several shifting priorities and timelines.
  • You'll consult and drive communication strategy to support new approach, assess our client's existing tele vendor services, and make recommendations for transitioning sales within the tele line of service support.
  • You will steward the transitioning of tele services within an enterprise wide assessment and deployment of marketing automation platform, with the responsibility to monitor and test if the endeavor is scalable.
  • You will construct a Change Management program to support any required shifts in organization structure, operating model, supporting systems, and essential performance indicators
  • You will support the Demand Management process team in understanding roles & accountabilities for existing tele-organizations.
  • Design and implement best practices for improved coordination between sales and marketing on B2B nurture programs.
  • You will craft proposals for rationalizing tele vendors and other internal resources across our client's organization.
  • Follow through is key and you will be responsible for tracking all open action items to ensure timely follow up and close out.
  • Use various systems and tools to plan, execute, and report on the processes.
  • You'll build and maintain extensive project documentation on processes, workflows and communication standards.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive responsibility and experience in tele-organizations, previous technology industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in B2B marketing operations and/or sales.
  • Global marketing campaign experience required.
  • Prior experience working with Enterprise scale tele design preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional training in marketing, operations, or related business experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, manage relationships and influence all levels within an organization.
  • A quick wit, and an interesting personality. Life is too short, it's important to enjoy the people we work with!
