• Can lead UX design from the ground up and ensure design quality as the company scales 
• Strong ability to collaborate within the design team, as well as Product and Engineering 
• Thrives in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments and can quickly adjust/adapt internally and externally based off of customer feedback
• Data driven and customer focused
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves - Self starter

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional design skills, including visual design, interaction design and customer empathy
• Experience spearheading UX vision and rollout of a successful SaaS/PaaS B2B platform/product from the ground up 
• Has worked in a branded/high-caliber product organization before
• Has successfully built and delivered cutting-edge UX at a B2B startup or in a B2B startup environment within a larger company and are excited to do it again!
• Can design and prioritize key features
• Has a proven ability to lead UX design with a singular focus on key customer feedback, pain points, wants/needs, and industry data/insights
