Senior Product Designer
Mason is the only fully managed infrastructure for developing and delivering dedicated devices. We make it easy for anyone to turn an idea into a smart product and ship it to anywhere in the world. Our mission is to enable our customers to create smart and sustainable products on behalf of humanity.
Mason is looking for an experienced product designer to create exceptional user experiences across our product surfaces. You’ll be responsible for building and evolving our design system, shaping our budding design culture and processes, and acting as a critical partner for our product, engineering, and operations teams. Your work will have a direct impact on designing tools and services for our customers who are revolutionizing the future of clinical trials, warehouse logistics, retail payments, and more.
This is also a unique opportunity to get hands-on with hardware and operations collaborators, including industrial design, hardware engineering, and fulfillment teams.
Mason is transforming mobile deployments the same way AWS transformed website development, making it easy for anyone to turn an idea into a smart product and ship it to anywhere in the world.
Mason is looking for a complex combination of grit, smarts, ingenuity, and diverse perspectives (and more!). Check out our values and see if they resonate!

- Generate vision. Bring Masons together with a single shared vision of the future. Use mockups, discovery artifacts, and vision types to generate buy-in.
- Lead our design team. You’ll be managing a UI Designer, taking a leading role in setting the design vision, defining what projects to work on, and providing direction and coaching for the team. Present and articulate design processes and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Establish and hold a high-quality bar. Champion cohesion and consistency that unifies our product surfaces, own design execution, and implement and measure ongoing improvements.
