We are looking for an energetic, self-propelled Senior Unity Game Artist to join our creative team. In this position you will create compelling, emotionally impactful designs that increase player satisfaction while enhancing the established style and brand. You’ll have the opportunity to use your inspiration, creativity, and experience to deliver experiences that are not only visually outstanding, simple to use and fun to play, but are also designed with a user-centered approach to ensure that we are adding value and meeting the needs of our players. We have a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will work with artists, game designers, producers and programmers in the creation and implementation of leading-edge games and features.

Located in Seattle’s International District, we are exploring beyond social casino and focusing on creating multiple, all-new casual and mid-core franchises – expanding to create experiences in fun new worlds, developing characters, stories & gameplay! Your XP, Badges & Skill Tree
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience as a game artist, visual designer, or UI designer
- Experience with mobile app development in shipping at least one high quality title
- Demonstrable experience working on multiplayer, social, or casual games
- Experience with Unity implementation and product builds
- Positive, coachable, and collaborative spirit
- Can move fast and turn around art quickly in a startup-like environment
- Solid 2D illustration abilities as well as 3D modeling experience
- Ability to work in a variety of styles including realism
- Experience with storyboarding and animation with a solid understanding of animation software
- Knowledge of major 3D software packages including Maya, Zbrush and Substance
- Expert Photoshop & Illustrator skills
- Solid design, typographic, layout, and compositing abilities

- Avid gamer that can connect with slots/casino core demographic
- Tech savvy, self-motivated, and prolific with a desire to lead by example
- Casino game creation experience, especially slots
- 3D modeling/sculpting and lighting
- Experience working with 3rd parties
- Experience working with well-known brands
- Experience with Agile, JIRA, Kanban, or similar project management systems
- Knowledge of version control, Perforce a plus
Your Mission
- Providing creative solutions from concept sketch to final artwork
- Wearing many hats and juggling many tasks while delivering on time
- Creating solid UI design when needed
- Delivering a strong sense of color, light, and design
- Thinking creatively to resolve technical challenges and innovate within technical limitations
- Collaborating with engineering and art to diagnose and resolve issues
- Demonstrable professionalism, good attitude, focused, and meeting deadlines consistently
New Adventures
Collaboration is key! Throughout your first year you will work closely with art directors and artists to create game-ready art concepts, designs, and illustrations. With your fellow art and design colleagues, you will develop and advance our visual style by creating high quality game art and prototypes to engage and impact player engagement to grow our business! We hold each person accountable for their actions and expect you to be a positive influence that executes assigned tasks while helping your team members whenever possible. Since you are always growing as a(n) artist/designer being able to take feedback professionally and having the ability to develop art to manage and project expectations in a timely manner is how we roll!
