Responsible for

As a Senior UX Designer you craft exceptional desktop and mobile experiences that drive insight-based outcomes for community members and customers. Your designs extend beyond requirements leveraging interactivity, creativity and experimentation.

Your work is well-considered showing depth of thought on scalability, accessibility and design principles. At this level, you mostly work on the tactical level (80%) with some strategic and systemic thinking (20%) woven into your thought process. You have the confidence to design scalable solutions for projects of different sizes, relying on human-centred insights and best practice.

You partner with product managers and engineers end-to-end across every project, taking them along the journey. You maintain cohesion and build influence upstream and downstream through proactive, no-surprises communication.

In this role, you provide more support to your UX Lead, coaching more junior designers and contributing to team culture and continuous improvement of tools and practices. You are self-managed and showcase thought leadership on best practice and evangelizing lean, iterative methods.

Most importantly, as a senior you love to simplify complex user/interaction problems and help colleagues inside and outside the design team to see the value of excellence in design and putting themselves in the customers’ shoes.

Your practice is inspired by human centered design and lean UX.
