  • Create and rapidly iterate on ideas using process flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing using hi-res prototypes to identify key user pain points.
  • Design solutions with a strong understanding of the product requirements, business goals, technical constraints and user pain points.
  • Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation of the user interface through the development process.
  • Play a lead role in developing and implementing our design system.
  • Be a contributor in improving our internal design processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience designing products for desktop and handheld applications.
  • Strong background in interaction, visual, user interface, and user experience design.
  • Empathetic and inquisitive, a great listener, and willing giver of direct feedback!
  • Experience leading projects from a user experience perspective.
  • Passionate advocate for the end product user with an eye for overall customer value and business impact.
  • Ability to breakdown complex concepts and communicate them persuasively to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
  • Know how to conduct usability tests, including facilitating activities directly with key customer contacts as well as internally with our operations and account management teams.
  • An excellent individual contributor with a passion for design, entrepreneurship and technology.
  • Know the difference between quantitative and qualitative metrics, when and how to use them effectively.
  • Self-motivated, positive, open minded, with a desire to collaborate and learn.
  • Pixel perfect attention to detail during UI implementation.

Are you a creative big thinker who’s passionate about problem solving, design-led thinking, and love bringing new innovative concepts to life?
