Bungie is seeking a highly technical, creative, and team focused designer for the Destiny team. A Senior World Systems Designer is responsible for the creative and technical implementation of systems to help build fantastic player experiences in our large Open World spaces. As a Senior World Systems Designer you are often the pioneer of new experiences and technology; working with a variety of different disciplines to initially prove out an experience and then turning the best experiences into templates that we use to quickly propagate across Destiny. You are also often managing a small team to deliver those systems, as well as unblocking and empowering all members of the team.

An exceptional candidate is a proved team builder, is very technically savvy, puts the health of the team ahead of their personal ambitions, has experience creating encounters for a shooter game, is passionate about fostering a culture of helping everyone make their ideas stronger, has tons of experience playing Destiny, and has a lifelong passion for games.
