Sr. Product Designer
We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our team and redefine how millions of consumers interact with the world's most extensive and diverse content catalog, spanning movies, series, sports, news, kids' content, advertising, and more.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product design process, creating engaging experiences and leading design projects in the video and audio space across multiple platforms, devices, and regions worldwide.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be working on finding more profound ways to immerse and interact with content to empower users and foster a deeper connection with the content they love beyond just watching it.
You will work alongside a team of talented designers and collaborate with a dynamic group of creatives, product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers who value creativity, collaboration, and human-centered design.
The Daily
- Lead end-to-end feature design, from ideation to implementation, creating intuitive, flexible, personalized and across journeys across multiple platforms and devices.
- Formulate interaction models that drive content exposure, amplify consumers' needs, and can scale across various content types and use cases.
- Utilize prototyping and research to validate and iterate on your solutions, pushing boundaries and incorporating the latest trends and best practices.
- Conduct effective cross-functional working sessions, guiding and balancing group thinking through (remote) brainstorming and gathering feedback from colleagues to inform your decisions.
- Present your ideas and creative solutions to various partners and stakeholders through compelling storytelling while applying clear reasoning, research, and a user-centric mindset.
- Contribute to creating a positive, supportive culture that allows our company to offer compelling, innovative, and memorable user experiences.
The Essentials:
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, creating consumer-facing features.
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and ability to develop thoughtful and creative solutions to complex/creative design challenges.
- Experience in business/enterprise industries with a strong understanding of leveraging metrics to inform design, experiment, and iterate.
- Proven experience designing small to medium-scale product design projects globally, across platforms and devices, and preferably in the media/tech space.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect individual features to the all-up product experience and effective interaction models.
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary design team, leveraging collective resources and inputs such as - data, business logic, system components, artwork, metadata, motion, sounds, UI, accessibility, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Expertise with industry-standard design and collaboration tools, including Figma, Principle, Adobe After Effects, Keynote, and others.
- Strong knowledge of product design best practices and work environments, such as agile development and lean UX.

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $112,000.00 - $208,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
