The Challenge
As a UX Researcher at Qualtrics on the Experience Research Team you will drive the future of Qualtrics Experience Management products to deliver a best-in-class user experience that creates loyalty, value, and delight. You have a background in social sciences, psychology, or neuroscience and have conducted research. You have a solid foundation in experimental design and are interested in developing your research skills to understand the UX of our products, key user scenarios and business needs of our customers. You are interested in how people collect, monitor and share insights inside their organizations. You work cross-functionally with the disciplines responsible for product development -- data scientists, designers, product managers, and engineers to develop products that are elegant, easy-to-use, effective and successful.
What Success Looks Like in the Role
You have a natural curiosity and inspire those around you to ask questions, understand the customer and create enthusiasm for products and features. You demonstrate your research capabilities everyday by managing research projects and learning from your more Senior UX Research mentors. You are organized, collaborative, and a great communicator with a desire to grow your skills in UX Research. You design and manage usability tests on UserTesting.com and deliver insights about feature design, use, and ease-of-use. You want to support the team by maintaining our research panel, recruiting and scheduling participants for studies, providing research support in terms of note taking, synthesis of findings, analysis of results and report preparation. You are always looking for opportunities to hone and develop your own UX research skills by collaborating and being mentored by more senior members of the team. You are good at managing multiple projects and processes. You are the go-to person when people need to get things done quickly.
