Are you passionate about technology for good? Do you thrive in dynamic startups? Do you want to be a part of the purpose economy?

Giving Compass is harnessing the best of technology combined with the extensive knowledge of the social sector to help donors deepen their ability to give with impact. Our passion is to help more donors give more dollars to do the most good. Americans give $400B per year to support a wide range of causes, and over 70% of those dollars are directed by individuals. But are we getting the full value for society from those contributions? Donors find it difficult to access the information, tools, and support to inform their decisions about how and where to give.

That’s where we come in!  We are laser-focused on investing in products and content that guide donors to make informed, intentional investments toward transformative progress.  You will be part of a dynamic startup environment where your strategies, leadership, and work will have direct and measurable impact to the realization of the Giving Compass vision.

If you want to make social impact and have the passion and talent, come join us and be part of something bigger!
