You will:
- Build our brand — You’ll help define our brand’s visual identity, voice, and long-term strategic vision in collaboration with key stakeholders and leadership.
- Launch campaigns — You’ll own the creative for key product launches, marketing campaigns, and evergreen initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to design world-class customer experiences from concept to delivery.
- Support company culture — You’ll make the things that keep employees excited to work at Convoy and tell their stories — from employee resource group (ERG) branding and corporate swag to office wayfinding.
- Present your ideas — As you work on projects and campaigns, you’ll articulate your ideas to internal stakeholders and educate them on branding best practices and design processes.
- Improve our products — You’ll partner with product designers to evolve our visual design, ensuring that we deliver a unified brand experience across our product and marketing assets.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A proven record and a strong portfolio that features case studies in graphic design, identity design, and digital campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience designing graphics and communications in marketing, advertising, and branding. Additional skill sets in illustration, animation or video editing are preferred, and experience in product design is a plus.
- Beautiful design aesthetic, with clear visual hierarchy and typographic principles. Strong understanding of creating and using grids. Expert knowledge in layout, photography, and photographic methods.
- Expert in core Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable learning new tools. Experience in Figma, Lightroom, After Effects, or Premiere is a plus.
- Experience partnering with product designers and understanding of web and native mobile design system best practices.
- Experience in creating and preparing files for print and digital usage.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with tight deadlines while working independently and as a team.
