- Work with a cross functional development team to create a new innovative customer experience platform
- Design solutions that maximize scalability of support, content delivery, and platform development
- Work with research and design teams to iterate, test and build innovative customer experiences on responsive mobile
- Serve as a best practice and front-end advisor to the broader development team
- Develop new ways to motivate customers using animation, design, gamification and UI/UX experience
- Work in an agile innovative team iterating, prototyping and AB testing features with customers
To be successful in this role you have:
Strong front-end development capabilities required and ability to collaborate with a small Rockstar team to push each other
Building premier user focused experiences on mobile, web across consumer entertainment, gaming, ecommerce, fitness, etc. preferred
Extensive experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
Experience with Unity, native android and iOS app development a plus
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS),or related field
Experience with the ServiceNow Platform and Service Portal a plus
Loves writing, debugging, and improving existing code
Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment
Ability to make decisions independently
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
The candidate is expected to be very hands-on, getting deep into the technical details
Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
