Engineering Manager, Ads Measurement

Come lead the team that interfaces with advertisers, collecting their sales data and matching it to our internal user databases. Services include web, mobile, and offline sales APIs, debugging tools and UI elements within Ads Manager to enable advertisers to efficiently and effectively upload data. Future work includes investigating and fixing event funnel drop off, and building cross-device matching (e.g. internal device graph).
What you’ll do:
- Work with PMs and cross functional partners to investigate and prioritize the next generation of measurement features and products
- Lead your team by example, grow individuals in their careers, and provide support and oversight to allow your team to become their best selves
- Work with engineers on your team (as well as neighboring teams) to estimate & deliver projects on time, providing status/feedback upwards, and requesting help/resources as necessary
- Provide technical leadership over your team's projects, helping to design, review, and implement features
- Be aware of the health of your project/teams, and provide feedback/projects to improve reliability and scalability of your services
