The core mission of the Head of Cloud Enablement is to lead a large revenue generating business unit and deliver the cloudy version of a professional services organization that enables innovation for our clients.

The Regional Leader will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of cloud enablement services across the region, and will be responsible for all staff, client engagements, decision making on regional strategy, and customer advocacy. We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead an innovative professional services team.

How will you spend your time at Cloudreach?

  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery of successful cloud consulting engagements across the region. As a leader you need to balance the needs of the team, drive to achieve financial targets, maintain the quality of delivery (NPS) and our cloudy values.
  • Ensuring that KPIs are met, primarily obtaining and maintaining target levels of bill-ability and gross margin.
  • Escalation handling, both internally and externally.
  • Leadership for our leader and subject matter expert's community and resourcing function.
  • Proactive identification of areas for improvement and new service delivery.
  • Work closely with Commercial team to ensure selling cloud enablement is a dream come true for all involved.
  • Monitoring and reporting to Country Leader on progress.
  • Ensuring your team is inspired, motivated, trained and utilized through expert delegation.
  • You’ll act as the representative for your region’s cloud enablement team to the rest of the business and our partners.
  • Building relationships with key strategic clients.

What do we look for?

  • Passionate advocate of public Cloud environments and it’s innovative force in the marketplace.
  • Ability to inspire and drive the growth of their respective cloud enablement region while holding to our cloudy values.
  • Extensive experience in a professional services environment.
  • Experience in the delivery of professional services to large enterprise clients, including project or program management experience.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to influence both our customers thinking, assist in deal making and ensuring continued growth within our A-client base.
  • Experience in leading other leaders and getting the best from a team with a broad range of background and skills.
  • Expert in handling escalations and defusing challenging situations both internally and with clients. You’ll know how to negotiate and when to do so.
  • Confident presenting to large audiences, both internally and externally, including pre and post sales situations.
  • Credible and capable of holding C-Level relationships.
  • A believer in the Cloudy values as a differentiator with Cloudreachers and clients alike.
  • Customer focused and with a keen sense of urgency regarding what is important.
  • You’re not just a hard worker, but an efficient one. You’ll love multi-tasking, and working across multiple regions and respect and understand cultural differences.
  • Willingness to travel to other countries or states within your region.
