Project Archer is a Seattle-area based studio dedicated to dramatically advancing the state of

augmented reality applications. Our focus is on functional use cases that merge diverse data

streams and personalized information with specific physical locations to create productive and

entertaining immersive real world experiences. Led by serial entrepreneurs, and virtual reality

LBE pioneers, Dawne and Jordan Weisman, Project Archer is assembling a world class

technical and creative team that has the funding, vision, and talent to illustrate the potential of

augmented reality

About the Role:

Success in interactive commerce requires advanced authoring systems to manage offerings in

stores and responses to shoppers’ actions. The successful candidate will lead and build a web

frontend engineering team owning an assortment of web (or mobile app) tools to quickly iterate

ideas and features enabling cross-functional users including artists, UX designers and data

scientists to orchestrate the best interactive storyline. Our ultimate goal is to create a new

standard of consumer shopping with the fastest most delightful end-to-end consumer

experience through Augmented Reality (AR). Our journey has just begun and we are building a

hard-working passionate founding team to join us changing the retail landscape and driving

technical innovation.

What you’ll do:

●Hands-on leadership of web frontend technologies

●Build Project Archer’s operational tooling platforms and internal tooling of simulation, experimentation and data management

●Boldly innovate without losing sight of our mission

●Collaborate directly with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other Engineering teams

●Help build a great engineering culture that consistently delivers value to our users and business

What you should have:

●3-5 years of industry experience in addition to academics

●BS / MS in Computer Science or related experience

●Experience building responsive and mobile-first customer-facing applications in React & Redux or similar frameworks

●Experience with automated testing of frontend applications

●Team leadership experience

●Experience with Azure cloud services, GraphQL, mobile app development, integrating with distributed systems and microservice architectures a plus
