Gravity Payments, Inc. seeks a Lead Full Stack Engineer in Seattle, WA.

Mentor and train a team of 20+ engineers on engineering best practices. Keep abreast of payment technology advances and apply them to our product roadmap. Develop seamless, customer-friendly payment solutions that are future proof and flexible. Maintain legacy products and code bases while improving upon them by refactoring. Work with database engineers to ensure fast, stable, and easy transactions. Advise leadership on architectural designs and code changes. Be the go to person for questions related to technology architecture, development processes, and engineering standards. 

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience. Required experience must include the following: 2 years of experience in training and mentoring an engineering team on payment technology concepts; 2 years of experience in payment processing data flows, security requirements, and transaction reporting; 7 years of experience in at least two main development languages, such as python, Java, C#, C++; 7 years of experience in software engineering best practices, such as test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentations; 7 years of experience in software development; 7 years of experience in both back and front end environments; 1 year of experience in payment tokenization use cases and design; and 2 years of experience in payment terminals.
