Description
We are seeking our first dedicated Salesforce Architect to join our team! In this role, you will serve as NYDIG’s technical subject matter expert for all things Salesforce Service Cloud and also play a key role in driving our organization’s Salesforce strategy and roadmap. Partnering with our Sales, Client Services, and Operations teams, you will architect solutions that meet the intricate needs of our business. This role will work closely with our Salesforce consulting partner to then drive the execution of the solution.
Responsibilities
Drive NYDIG’s Salesforce roadmap/strategy by providing insight & best-practice recommendations around the optimal use of Salesforce Sales, Service and Financial Services Cloud
Serve as a Salesforce technical SME in building solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud Model
Work with non technical business stakeholders to gather requirements and formulating a future state roadmap for improving business processes
Partner with our Salesforce consulting partner to lead the development of Service Cloud and FSC prototypes
Requirements
6+ year’s experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud across configuration, development and architecture disciplines
Strong experience with enterprise Salesforce solution architecture, infrastructure, integration, and design to tie into a broader enterprise solution
Ability to analyze complex business/technical problems, synthesize solutions, and communicate technical concepts to a wide group of non technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of the wider Salesforce landscape, with Salesforce certifications required
