As a Lead Software Engineer you will form part of a new imagery services development team as a lead contributor. You will be responsible for running the day to day activities of a team that develops and integrates with core services to deliver imagery to a number of internal and external customers. You will work closely with teams both domestically and internationally to develop scalable and reliable services. We are looking for an individual who will enjoy working as part of an agile team and is enthusiastic about making a difference in the future of the company.

• Experience as a lead software developer
• Experience with applications deployed using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Golang or C# backend development
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with modern API design styles (gRPC, REST)
• Experience with common CI/CD methods and tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, TravisCI, Argo, etc.)
• Experience with GIS and Image processing a plus

Desirable

• Familiarity with image processing algorithms and/or data structures
