As a Principal Software Development Engineer - Service Excellence, within the Conversation Platform Technology team, you will be bringing your technical leadership to drive how our system should be built, and how processes should be implemented, for service excellence. We look to improve on the dimensions of:
- Metrics and Monitoring
- Alerting of Potential Issues
- Ease of Debugging Problems
- Production Deployment and Rollback Strategies
These considerations should be built into our software development and delivery processes like design review, code review, continuous integration, and delivery. You will own the team in applying the right thinking and approach to using the various Expedia Group-wide tools and services.
