Project Management for IT software platform, including program management for software development life cycle and delivery of infrastructure upgrades.  The position will prioritize work effort to optimize management of resource capacity, develop key messages, and use Agile methodology.  The project manager will also assist the analysts with differentiating features from bugs, developing user stories, and embracing new tools using proper change management tools.

Experience:

5+ years of Project Management experience, PMP desired 

3+ years Agile experience 

3+ SDLC experience, including pre-production, testing, and operations best practices 

Identifying dependent tasks, managing schedule, communicating cross-functionally 

Effective at motivating a team 

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced, expert-level project manager disciplined about building a schedule and managing to scope and budget.  Able to use a variety of tools to accomplish the team mission. Experienced with software development best practices and able to anticipate risks in requirements, testing, and production. Self-starter and team motivator.
