Scope of Activities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities.
• Gather top customers scenarios across the industry for in-house validation.
• Engage with customers on any escalations which includes troubleshooting, resolution, and on-site support as needed.
• Develop automation workflows with UiPath Studio.
• Work closely with the Engineering to provide top improvements, functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem.
• Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solutions.
• Learn and utilize new exciting technologies and how they integrate with UiPath.
• Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem.

Job Profile Critical Minimum Requirements:

• Graduates in MIS or other IT related degrees with minimum 3 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
• Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a must
• Previous experience with working with UiPath or other RPA technologies is a plus
• Previous experience working in a start-up environment is a plus
• Process minded, a true leader, excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
