What You Will Do

The primary expectation of someone in this role is to apply technical expertise to solve against business requirements and ambiguous problems. You will be responsible for day-to-day enhancement of Pushpay’s Salesforce environment and related tooling. You will join a team of 20+ experts - administrators and developers, as well as project managers and senior leaders that come from hands-on technical backgrounds. 


Key areas of responsibility

  • Scaling internal systems to support a large sales team with a primary focus on pipeline velocity
  • Day-to-day management of Salesforce.com and related systems.
  • Partnership with Business Leadership to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation.
  • Ensure reporting is created and structured for our Senior Leadership Team.


Requirements

To be successful in this role:

  • 1-3 years of Salesforce.com Administration
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
  • Clear verbal and written communication, especially about technical problems
  • Experience manipulating and moving data, such as with Data Loader or DemandTools
  • Experience with 1-2 Salesforce integrated tools such as: DocuSign, DrawLoop, Marketo, Zuora
  • Experience with any of the following tools is a nice-to-have: Confluence, JIRA, Visual Studio
