What You Will Do:. 
As a Salesforce Developer on our Technical Operation team, you will be responsible for extending our business logic and functionality by leveraging advanced Process Builder and Flows, Apex, and Visualforce. Responsibilities include: reviewing requirements against current architecture and configuring Salesforce.com to business requirements, providing best practice recommendations and implementing functionality for a range of internal project stakeholders. You will work closely with business leadership, internal stakeholders, business analysts and users within a fast growing sales environment to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights. 

Key Areas Of Responsibility: 
Scaling internal systems to support a large sales team with a primary focus on pipeline velocity 
Day-to-day management of Salesforce.com and related systems. 
Partnership with Business Leadership to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation. 
Ensure reporting is created and structured for our Senior Leadership Team. 
Provide guidance and coaching for Junior Operations Administrators. 

What You’ll Bring 

Basic Qualifications: 
2+ years of Salesforce.com Administration 
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification 
Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience with 2-3 integrated Sales Operations tooling such as: Lean Data, Inside Sales, SalesLoft, etc. 
Experience with marketing tooling that integrates with Marketo, such as Engagio, Bizible, Vidyard, Sendoso, etc. 
Experience with any of the following tools is a nice to have: DocuSign, Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA
