Job Duties
- Supervise the Salesforce CRM team in delivering Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud functionality for a broad range of customers within Avalara.
- Oversee Agile Scrum project management process to assure consistent velocity.
- Work with external Program Management, Business Analysis and Enterprise Architecture teams to assure on-time, complete delivery of prioritized projects/enhancements.
- Distribute triaged support requests amongst CRM team and assure timely resolution.
Qualifications (absolute must haves walking in the door)
- 4+ years of Salesforce Admin or Dev experience
- Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing business processes
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC practices, and supervising technical teams
Preferred Qualifications (great to have but not absolutely necessary)
- Salesforce Administrator, Developer, App Builder, or Architect certifications
