About the Role:
The Salesforce Developer/ Administrator is responsible for providing administration, development, and support for the Salesforce platform used by various internal teams. The position will work closely with the Director of Business Operations to study the current instance and procedures and help design solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms to help organization operate more efficiently. This role researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies.
What You'll be Doing:

• Establish and streamline policies and procedures throughout the organization across multiple systems and support best practices in evaluating current and new systems
• Designing system performance metrics and outcomes
• Standardizing system implementations
• Identifying and reviewing systems or programs for company utilization (Marketo, Gainsight, Intacct, Xactly, service cloud)
• Review ROI/impact of current program implementations
• Oversee and manage the installation and configuration of new sales & marketing systems, customizing the install for the benefit of the business
• Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected
• In collaboration with Sales Operations, train the system’s end users and write instruction manuals;
• Manage third party contract relationships, security requirements related to collaborative work, and the projects that we outsource
• Administration and maintenance of CRM (Salesforce.com) in collaboration with Sales Operations team members
• Create and manage changes the system, including workflow processes and new configurations
• Maintain system, security, and integrity
• Ensure adoption and satisfaction
• Create, maintain, and document all processes from a technical lens
• Manage data quality and maintain and migrate data in a timely manner
• Be the company SME on Salesforce.com;
• Maintain systems and oversee security and integrity, including territory changes in response to personnel changes, the granting and removal of licenses, and the design, creation, and maintenance of user roles
• Assist customer-facing department managers in monitoring CRM system usage, activities, and trends
• Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience of systems

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years in SFDC Admin role
• SFDC Administrator and Developer Certification(s)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems, tools, and APIs
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
• Highly organized, excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
