Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join Logic20/20’s Digital Transformation practice to support the development of data portals that allow targeted access and better interconnectivity, improving processes along the way. You’ll leverage a diverse set of technical expertise, including DevOps tooling, troubleshooting and debugging skills, cloud computing, coding/scripting, and infrastructure engineering to provide outstanding customer experiences.

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to advance our clients toward their biggest business goals. We’re architects, managers, and engineering consultants coming together to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenges at hand and developing innovative, high-impact solutions.

What you’ll do

• Define solutions, create roadmaps, and manage future state documentation
• Utilize AWS DevOps tooling stack (Kinesis, CI/CD)
• Perform administrative functions using Linux or Windows Server
• Leverage expertise with DNS, certificates, and the security associated with AWS-based cloud solutions (Route53, VPC config)

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in IT build engineering, infrastructure support, and systems delivery
• 4+ years of production experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Experience working in an AWS environment
• Extensive experience implementing trunk-based development
• Strong experience using configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible, etc.) and infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM templates, AWS CLI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure application logging, and monitoring technologies (CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, PagerDuty, etc.)
• Knowledge of hardening and maintaining secure systems (Safe Harbor, PCI experience, etc.)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Ideal, but not required

• AWS DevOps certification is highly preferred
