About the role: Tango Card is building a revolutionary platform that makes rewards easy to send and awesome to receive. Using vue.js and other modern technologies you will help our Boise team make this product scalable, user-friendly, and like nothing else on the market all while having a ton of fun!

Reports to: Manager of Software Development Engineering (Boise)

As a Frontend Engineer at Tango Card, you will: 

• Rapidly build innovative software products and applications using Vue.js
• Help ensure a high level of quality in our frontend products using testing frameworks like Jest
• Ensure our enterprise-level products and applications are stable, secure, and scalable
• Have fun while multitasking in a small startup environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Our ideal Frontend Engineer at Tango Card will have the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of JavaScript, including an understanding of ES6+ and asynchronous programming
• 3+ years of experience with SPA frameworks (Vue, React, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Mobile First and Responsive design best practices
• 2+ years of experience building web apps with Vue.js
• Experience with JavaScript testing libraries
• Working knowledge of Java/Spring MVC
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices for high-performance web sites
• Experience working in an agile team
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
