Since our start in 2014, Tavour has grown into an already profitable 8-figure startup that is reshaping an industry worth over $26B. We’re looking to grow our team on our way to $100M+ in the next three years.

Start-to-Finish Ownership 
As an early-stage company, engineers are able to focus primarily on creating new opportunities and experiences for our users as opposed to resolving existing points of friction. Engineers are involved at the very start of our process in defining what we want to build and how we’ll make it happen. They make critical decisions on creating and prioritizing new opportunities, and play a key role in determining what the final experience will be for our users.

What We’re Looking For

Experience 
We’re looking for engineers who have a minimum 5 years of software engineering experience in addition to a passion for designing and creating full stack solutions.

Drive 
Our engineering team is vital to all our decisions, from product prioritization to feature design. We’re looking for team members who are excited about being exposed to the key problems in the business, growing product ideas, and shaping decisions on our product and tech stack. We’re especially interested in a track record of working creatively to tackle new problems, biasing actions to drive both yourself and your team, and constantly focusing on creating the best possible experience for users.

Our Interview Process 
We’ll start with an introductory phone call to get to know a bit about you and what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about Tavour. Next you’ll complete an over-the-phone technical interview and talk with one of our engineers about what it’s like to work at Tavour. The final stage is an on-site interview with our team and CEO.
