This is where you will be adding value to Lighter Capital.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer on our Technology team you will be part of a cultural shift in our quality assurance approach. The mission critical software that powers the origination, servicing and credit monitoring for this innovative Fintech company is being continuously improved and updated as we grow rapidly. You will help us maintain high quality as we ramp up the output velocity of our development team.

You will be working closely with an engineering team and reporting directly to the SVP of Product and Engineering.

YOU WILL BE A GOOD FIT IF…..

• You have extensive experience testing web software in all manner of methods: scripted, exploratory, boundary, functional...
• You have mastered the use of software testing automation and productivity tools
• You work well in small teams and are familiar with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Aha
• Your testing is more like art than engineering
• You exude creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness for the entire team
• Your leadership on emerging quality assurance methodologies and best practices has resulted in 10x improvements in other places you’ve worked
