We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to lead us to put amazing new capabilities in the hands of our customers and to take our applications to the next level of the Ideoclick Quality Experience.

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Applications UX team to architect and build the next generation of Ideoclick front-end applications
• Collaborate with UX Design to deliver user-centered, beautiful, visually consistent web applications
• Utilize your technical expertise to deliver cross-browser and mobile compatible applications that are performant and scalable
• Take Ideoclick to ever-higher standards of customer experience to best in class and beyond
• Develop and extend our React/JS framework

What you’ve done:

• 5+ years’ experience in professional front-end development, ideally some of which you’ve spent in startups
• You've developed at high proficiency in React/JS
• Worked closely with designers, building flexible, composable libraries and components
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and deliver high quality software
• Developed understanding of cross-browser and mobile compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Understand asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Developed strong collaboration skills across many different disciplines
