The Challenge
The Appwing team currently owns multiple customer-facing products. Currently, the models that support these products are semi-separated. Our goal is to merge these 3 products into a single unified experience. This requires us to rebuild our model construction and data processing. We are looking for an experienced front-end engineer to lead this re-architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Rework our data processing to allow the UI to load faster and move to more real time processing.
- Figuring out shared front-end state between products and how this should be shared.
- Build a framework to monitor front-end performance to optimize customer experience and define performance goals.

Preliminary Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Front End technologies such as JavaScript and React
- Familiarity with SQL databases
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong mathematical and/or computational background.
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background
- Knowledge of open-source/industry-standard data processing, storage, and serving technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Develop scalable, robust, and highly available micro services to perform simple to complex statistical analyses and build/deploy machine learning models

- Develop on the cloud computing infrastructure at Qualtrics, and help build, distribute, scale and optimize these technologies
- Partner with and incorporate feedback from other specialists, tech-ops, and product managers
