Our engineering team is a collaborative group of engineers, designers, and product managers. At Luum, software engineers work with Sales and Customer Experience every day to create value for our customers, and ultimately our business. We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic senior software engineer to contribute to our portfolio of customer services.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will:

• Gather, discuss, and document requirements with Product Management, Customer Experience, and Sales
• Contribute to the definition and design of new features and extensions to our existing architecture
• Execute start-to-finish, full-stack delivery of new features to fulfill our ambitious roadmap and goals
• Participate in code review and mentoring across the engineering team
• Support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and performance of our existing customers
• Communicate and collaborate with Customer Support to ensure the success of our customers' commute programs on the Luum platform

We'd love to work with you if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• You thrive on a team where you can learn, grow, and help others to do the same
• You have experience in modern web app development including front-end, middle-tier, or back-end
• You have significant experience with cloud environments like Azure or AWS
• You have worked with SQL and relational databases; indexes are your friend
• You can find your footing in a mature code base
• You have a working knowledge of the principles of computer science
