As a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer, focused on developing high-quality tools and automation, supporting the Service Engineering QA environment, you will be responsible for developing automations that enable the QA team to scale. You will build enhancements on the framework itself to make it self-service for QA team. You will define and execute processes and methods to deploy, operate and monitor these systems at scale. In addition to developing tools and automation, your work will involve coordinating efforts with other members of the Service Engineering organization and other ServiceNow development teams, specifically around lab resource management, maintaining a healthy pool of resources for automated and manual testing, etc. You will provide technical leadership and be able to coach and mentor other software engineers in different methodologies.
