Senior Technical Program Manager - Quality
The Challenge

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive our multi-year investments into improving quality and testing maturity across Qualtrics' whole portfolio of products. You will define, drive, and track the Quality improvement roadmap across the platform, work with internal stakeholders across the company. If you have previous experience working in the testing or quality domains and driving broad, cross-functional product improvements, Qualtrics could be the place for you.

You’ll know you are doing a great job as Qualtrics products improve both the quality and velocity of delivery. You will be detail-oriented, organized, and a great communicator. You are at ease working with Quality Managers, Software Managers, and engineers and leading cross-functional teams on their journey to ever better quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
- 2+ years of technical program/project/product management experience
- 3+ years Experience working in software quality and testing.
- Analytical skills and the ability to think quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program goals.
- Comfortable leading/directing impact through multi-disciplinary development teams that do not directly report to you
- You have the communication skills to help you work cross-functionally with those you need to influence and with stakeholders you need to keep informed
