Quick overview: 

As an engineer within the Integration team, you will work as part of a practical team focused on making all of BitTitan hum with the kind of productivity that only pervasive automation can bring. You will create in-house tools to aggregate and expose vital company data, keep third-party data current and accurate, and make our employees’ lives easier by automating all aspects of BitTitan activity.


In this job, you will:  

  • Create reliable and performant code to enable time-sensitive processing of MigrationWiz and internal company data
  • Troubleshoot issues in our automated processes as they arise, and provide a resolution within a timely manner
  • Drive the design of features within your team, by making design decisions independently and leading design review meetings to ensure code consistency, quality and reliability
  • Work with the product management team to synchronize and ensure delivery, by helping organizing tasks within the team and coordinating work with other teams
  • Communicate, document and provide training to other engineers around the features delivered
  • Bring new initiatives to the team such as new technologies, processes or improvements to the product
  • Perform testing and analysis to identify code issues, to improve the product quality and functionality and reliability
  • Review peers' code changes to prevent errors and identify potential improvements
  • Mentor interns and/or junior hires by helping them ramping up on the codebase, processes and tools


We would love to speak with you if you have: 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering showing successful ownership of reasonably far-reaching feature areas
  • Ability to solve coding problems effectively and efficiently
  • Effective communication habits
  • Effective time management
  • Professional experience with C#, SQL databases, web development, interfacing with 3rd party web services
  • Knowledge of common authentication methods and security topics
  • Solid troubleshooting skills (e.g. debugging and diagnosis)
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or software-related engineering
  • Demonstrated programming excellence such as GitHub projects or a publicly facing portfolio
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Site reliability or DevOps experience
  • Professional experience with ASP.NET, Azure, and T-SQL
  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
