Software Engineer- New Grad

We are looking for a Product Manager, located in Seattle, to own the roadmap of the Hiya and Mr. Number apps, drive user and revenue growth, and deliver on our shared vision for a better phone experience. You’ll work with a talented team of software engineers, data scientists, marketers and user experience designers to understand the needs of the user and how to deliver on our strategy. Your apps are already established category leaders and built upon the world’s most comprehensive source for caller profiles and spam protection. What will you do to make them even more successful?
The Partner Solutions owns a portfolio of mobile apps and solutions that we provide to our partners including AT&T Call Protect (Android and iOS) and OEM integration solutions for manufacturers like Samsung and TCL. Here’s your chance to brainstorm, write, and execute globally.
On this team you will:
- Work with the latest mobile tools, technologies, and devices
- Collaborate closely with back-end teams to create robust customer-facing features
- Craft the outstanding mobile apps while partnering with senior software developers
- Tech Chops: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, Parse, Android, and iOS

The Directory team help revolutionize smartphones dialers using Directory’s micro-services that deliver relevant content to the user by partnering with phone manufacturers and data providers. We build low latency high availability to millions of users around the world.
On this team you will:
- Work on high availability low latency functional microservices in a cross deciplains and collaborative team using cutting edge technologies.
- Tech Chops: Scala, Akka, AWS RDS (Aurora, Athena) , NoSQL databases, AWS ElasticSearch, S3, Kafaka
- Other job duties as assigned.
The Core Technologies Team focuses on distributed systems, cloud computing, and working with open source resources for performance, scalability and reliability.
On this team you will:
- Build and provision Kubernetes clusters with rich integration and additional advanced features, gather and process more than a terabyte of logs daily via Apache Kafka and customer reactive log processors, design, develop, and curate re-usable libraries and frameworks to create and manage high-performance, reliable, and agile micro-services, and more
- Tech Chops: Systems Engineering (linux, networking, security), Scala, Go (lang)

What we’d like from you:
- Know functional programming fundamentals and Java, Scala, Clojure, Haskell, OCAML, or a similar language.
- Possess a willingness to learn new languages and techniques to solve challenging problems.
- Have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, graduating before July 2019 from a top university. GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred.
