Software Engineer - Respondent Management
At Qualtrics, our mission is to close experience gaps—the costly differences between what customers and employees expect, and what they’re receiving.
9,000+ organizations worldwide and more than 80% of the Fortune 100 rely on the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform™ to collect, analyze, and act on feedback—more feedback than they ever thought possible. With Qualtrics XM, organizations can own the four core experiences of business—customer, employee, product, and brand experience. Organizations can be at every meaningful touchpoint, for every experience, and predict what will resonate most with customers and employees.
The Challenge
We’re expanding the Qualtrics experience management (XM) platform so our clients can more easily integrate Qualtrics with their IT systems and use Qualtrics as their system-of-record to track contacts through the entire customer journey. We need engineers to help build world-class services that scale with a user base that is doubling every 6 months.
Qualtrics is looking for a full-time SDE who loves coding at any level of the stack, has an all-in attitude for getting things done, and has a real passion for building customer-centric, easy-to-use systems. We have opportunities for new CS grads that are ready to learn from our senior engineers, as well as senior positions for talent with a Bachelor’s degree in CS and 2-8+ years of industry experience.
Expectations for Success
You’ll know you’re doing a phenomenal job when our customer base increases more rapidly than ever and our customers demonstrate the platform in new and exciting ways to gain valuable insights. You’ll be able to develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based systems that tackle complex business problems. Our team has the opportunity to try lots of new technologies, and you’ll look for ways to incorporate them to solve problems. You’ll be excited to work at all levels of the stack, from the docker containers we deploy to the last details in the UI. You’ll look forward to delivering value for our customers as we continue expanding the company across the globe.
