Quick overview: 

As an engineer within the Integration team, you will work as part of an effective and practical team focused on making all of BitTitan hum with the kind of productivity that only pervasive automation can bring. You will create in-house tools to make our colleagues' lives easier, aggregate and expose vital company data, keep third-party data current and accurate, and automate all aspects of BitTitan activity. Our technology stack consists primarily of technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and Azure, plus we interface with the API from about 15 third-party systems.

In this job, you will: 

· Create reliable and performant code to enable time-sensitive processing of MigrationWiz and internal company data

· Troubleshoot issues in our automated processes as they arise, and provide a resolution within a timely manner

· Perform testing and analysis to identify code issues, and improve functionality and reliability

· Work with the Scrum Product Owner to synchronize and ensure delivery, by helping organizing tasks within the team and coordinating work with other teams

· Design features within your team, with guidance

· Take ownership of the implementation, performance, and quality of specific functional areas

· Communicate, document, and provide training to other engineers around the features delivered

· Solve problems proactively and push new ideas and features forward

· Collaborate with teams across departments on product features

· Respond quickly and effectively to malfunctioning processes

We would love to speak with you if you have: 

· 1+ years of successful professional experience in software engineering, or demonstrated programming excellence such as GitHub projects or a publicly facing portfolio

· Proficiency in at least one strongly typed, object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java, or C++

· Ability to solve coding problems effectively and efficiently

· Precise written and verbal English-language communication skills

Extras that will give you an edge: 

Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or software-related engineering

· Experience working in a start-up environment

· Experience interfacing with REST APIs

· Knowledge of SQL database and query optimization

· Knowledge of common authentication methods and security topics

· Site reliability or DevOps experience
