To The Role

Outreach Galaxy is the eco-system that empowers our customers to drive more actions within Outreach. Executed well, Galaxy goes virtually unnoticed. It simply gives sales representatives the ability to take action seamlessly - whether that action occurs through an Outreach owned feature or through a third party tool - with each action informing the next. While we support more than 50 integrations at this time - we need to redesign the experience from the ground up to make it simple and intuitive for third-party developers to build upon, for our different application teams to integrate and expose API functionality for consumption as well as put the building blocks in place for what it would take to monetize this platform. We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to build out a team from the ground up, collaborate closely with our customers, Marketing and Product in leading the team to conceptualize, design and deliver on this challenge.

About the Team

The mission of the Galaxy team is to extend the core Outreach offering beyond itself, by joining all the other tools needed for sales onto one single pane of glass, unifying engagement and intelligence across all these tools. At the same time, drive the feedback loop to enable learning and better insights into actions taken across our platform and this eco-system. This team will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams at Outreach to design and develop their solution.  The team will own the end to end experience for external partners developing on our platform, as well as enabling and curating the API functionality we want to expose, and driving the long-term vision of making the platform a business in itself.
