Solutions Architect (Portuguese Speaking)
Role Description
As a Solutions Architect for our North America and Latin America sales & channel teams, you understand Dropbox’s product market fit and have detailed technical knowledge of the Dropbox product suite. You have a passion for understanding customer challenges and creatively building value based solutions to resolve them. You have the ability to navigate a customer interaction that is both technical and business focused with a variety of stakeholders, including the C-level. You have a passion for sharing your knowledge to enable others.
Responsibilities
- Deliver solution evangelism and technical solution expertise direct to customers and partners
- Support the Direct Sales and Channel team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer and partner meetings, with travel as required
- Provide deep technical expertise for both discrete products and multi-product solutions
- Work cross functionally to ensure smooth partner onboarding and long-term partner success
- Establish relationships with the key Distributor personnel in the region to ensure that we build a seamless and effective sales process through the distributor cloud marketplace
- Conduct technical solution enablement and training to Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Service Delivery Partners (ex: Vendor Partners & Channel Partners)
- Provide a critical voice of the customer back to leadership and Dropbox Product teams
- Respond to technical questions in RFIs and RFPs

Requirements
- Proven success working with channel partners
- Prior experience in a customer facing technical role. Background in sales engineering, technical account management, or professional services preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell a story that speaks to value and resonates with the audience
- Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer’s business need and technical requirements
- Well versed in SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
- Experience working with the Brazilian or Latin American market is preferred
- Prior experience with CRM systems
- Native or fluent in Portuguese and English is a must. Spanish preferred
