About you:

As a member on the Quality Operations Team, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring, aggregating, and analyzing data from the various qualitative inputs. You will be partnering with stakeholders across the operations teams to present objective reports and ensure a high standard of service to our customers and carriers. You are detailed oriented, data-driven, problem-driven, and enjoys building and improving processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Own quality calibrations and error rates during transitions, nesting, and implementation of new tasks, new customers, and new programs 
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across operations to ensure quality is above standards
  • Monitor and triage escalations and feedback and identify trends across teams, tasks, and locations
  • Compile weekly quality report to Quality Operations Manager 
  • Monitor and manage quality calibrations and error rates 
  • Partner with operations leadership in completing required weekly calibrations

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Customer focused individual 
  • Can easily discuss, analyze, and assess problems and identify trends
  • SQL, Excel and/or Tableau experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and work collaboratively
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • Positive attitude and advocate of change/change management
