We are considering both candidates with extensive existing React Native experience, and those with minimal commercial React Native experience but with substantial native mobile app development on iOS and Android. A strong understanding of core Javascript language fundamentals is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production software engineering experience
• Highly proficient in JavaScript
• Communication skills for a highly collaborative software development process.
• Practical commercial experience with:
• React Native
• Writing maintainable and testable JavaScript code
• Working with designers to create rich and modern apps
• Capable of architecting complex software solutions
• Be a happy, positive-minded and kind person
• Have a personal commitment to continuously learn and improve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Ideally you will also have a good understanding of, and hands on experience with:

• Using a range of AWS services
• Writing server-side systems in Node.js
• Automated testing, stubbing, and mocking
• Continuous Integration / Deployment
