Unity Technologies is looking for a dynamic Vice President and General Manager, Cloud, to join our C-Level executive team. The ideal is candidate is operational, hands-on, resourceful, experienced and has a solid background as a GM in a fast-growing cloud company that operates at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Unity’s Cloud Services teams, working closely with Sales, HR, Legal and Finance
• Build and develop the Cloud organization with world-class, highly motivated teams starting with a team of 75 and growing from there
• As an integral part of the executive team at Unity, be a strong voice of leadership for the company, both with internal and external audiences
• Build the Unity Cloud, Streaming and Services businesses
• Grow the current business to a multi-hundred million dollar business
• Have full P&L accountability
• Own and execute on the Cloud business vision: a unique combination of Unity brand, differentiated technology, and investment to build our leadership position in the RT3D cloud, streaming and services realm

Requirements

• Minimum BS/BA technical degree
• 10+ years of experience in leading a scale product and/or engineering organization
• Ideal candidate has scaled a cloud business
• Ideal candidate will have deep product leadership experience
• Ideal candidate will have worked with private venture-backed companies and public companies
• Hands-on leadership with exceptional communication skills and the ability to listen, evaluate, and contribute with excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills
• Exceptionally strong analytical capabilities
• High energy and enthusiastic management style with a passion for improvement
• Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed and remote personnel
