We are searching for an expert Enterprise Account Executive that has a real passion for technology and a proven history of managing and closing mid-six figure ACV deals. Sinch is in a high growth phase and we are investing in the U.S. sales team, and this represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales Director to be involved at a stage that will maximize your short-term earnings opportunities and career opportunities 

In This Role You Will 

Generate new business as a proactive "Hunter," targeting a select list of Fortune 500 companies.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within a defined list of national brands, building strong relationships from the ground up by aligning Sinch’s innovative solutions with the specific business goals of these organizations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive relationship maps for your targeted territory, focusing on establishing connections with both current Sinch clients and aspirational prospects.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of potential clients' businesses and their competitive landscape, assessing their strengths and weaknesses to effectively position Sinch's offerings.
  • Drive negotiations with large commercial enterprises, showcasing clear value and ROI to secure favorable pricing and business terms.
  • Ensure exceptional forecasting accuracy and consistency to align with growth targets and strategically navigate the new business landscape.
Requirements

  

  • Someone with 5+ years of Enterprise deal management and closing experience  
  • Driven and have met/exceeded annual sales goals of $1m+ ACV  
  • Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own 
  • Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (Marketing technology or similar preferred) 
  • Experienced in selling into large companies with the ability to win new logos 
  • Experience selling at V and C Level to marketers at B2C brands. Ideally, some experience with Retail, Travel, Hospitality and/or Financial Services
  • MEDDPICC, MEDDIC or similar rigorous deal inspection sales experience  
  • President’s Club achievement, top rep, top percentile performer, consistent YoY over-achievement 
  • Consistent deal sizes of $200k+

The annual starting salary for this position is $125,001.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $125,0001.00 per year annually and are based on performance.  This role will be accepting applications until June 1st, 2025 at a minimum.
