The Senior Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CTO and their respective teams. You must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time while working in a fast-paced and complex environment across different time zones. You will foresee the needs of the leaders, solve problems on your own, and manage multiple calendars and communications with efficiency. You will coordinate high impact meetings and events, handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately, and use prioritization and discretion. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will:

  • Manage calendar of the CTO optimizing scheduling, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring efficient use of their time to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa and passport management, ensuring seamless itineraries, comprehensive agendas and logistical support for the CTO's travel engagements.
  • Create, review, and format complex correspondence, materials, and documents for meetings such as the weekly staff meetings, quarterly all-hands, quarterly town-halls and supporting company meetings.
  • Maintain files, records, and ensure privacy and security for confidential information.
  • Respond to inquiries by identifying and implementing solutions independently.
  • Plan and coordinate special events including quarterly business updates and summits.
  • Provide cross-department support as needed.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting C-level executives in a global environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and follow through on deliverables with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision and pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$64,938.52-$103,901.85

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
