Your Next Challenge:
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to account inquiries and researching account history for both internal and external customers.
• Import and post auto-lockbox, research and reconcile un-posted payments.
• Research and allocate customer payments and or prepare refunds as needed.
• Research returned mail and update address information in system.
• Handle Cardholder inquiries regarding charges and prepare refunds as needed.
• Research and reconcile charge backs and re-represents.
• Process credits to customer accounts for product returns, image upgrades/downgrades, freight charges and tax.
• Assist other team members with workflow and special projects as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
• A minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, with a good understanding of how databases work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written skills, with the ability to communicate to multiple levels within the organization.
• Strong Problem solving skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Must be a collaborative team player to meet project and month end goals
• Must be able to work under pressure at times
• Must have the ability to manage task load with frequent interruptions
