Job Summary

Assurance is seeking a motivated Compliance Manager to join our growing compliance team. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting our Personal Finance business line. This Compliance Manager will provide guidance on state and federal regulations applicable for personal lending and mortgage broker activities and related lead generation. This role will out the ongoing maintenance of compliance policies and procedures and monitoring of applicable regulations. The successful candidate will have a focused lens on consistently testing for adherence to compliance policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities and opportunities are likely to become available given our company’s growth plans.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in compliance or related areas in personal financial services
  • Experience with online direct to consumer offerings
  • Online platform and lead generation experience preferred
  • Associates or higher-level degree
